TUSK WARRANTY

We want your TUSK to be with you forever

Buy your TUSK with all confidence

You can use your TUSK with the confidence that it will carry out its duty. We apply the best engineering and technology to make it possible.

We at Loyal Blades trust our products so much that we can offer you the next warranty:

Loyal Blades knives are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. And, if your knife gets broken during normal use, we will fix it or replace it. This warranty is for two years and transferable. We warranty the knife no matter how many times it's been traded, sold or given away - no sales receipt or proof of purchase required.

That's how sure we are about the quality of our products and the honesty of our customers. When you purchase a Loyal Blades knife you become part of something bigger, a community that values their tools for adventure, survival, protection and service to others.

Still, we are a small company and we must ask for some reasonable guidelines:

Loyal Blades warranty does not cover:

  • Dull edges or normal wear and tear.

  • Oxidation of the steel (rust). Our knives are made with 440c stainless steel so it is easy to keep them stainless.

  • Throwing, misuse, abuse, improper sharpening or modification of or to any part of the product.

Loyal Blades reserves the right to make the final decision as to what is considered "fair use" or "abuse."

Loyal Blades only guarantees and offers customer service on knives built by Loyal Blades.

Loyal Blades are not throwing knives. They are hardened to a higher Rockwell than throwing knives and can break if thrown.

Loyal Blades knives are high quality tools and as such are able to withstand rugged field use and conditions. However, it is incumbent upon the owner to ensure that the knife is secure in its sheath and that the use of the knife is restricted to prudent and applicable functions. The steel must be cared for to keep it free from contaminants or corrosive substances.

Warranty FAQ

  • I returned my TUSK for warranty, how long will it take until I have my TUSK back?

Normal turnaround time could be approximately four to six weeks.

  • Will Loyal Blades pay to have my product sent to their facility?

Loyal Blades will not pay for the freight costs to their facility. However, Loyal Blades will pay for all return expenses to your residence or business for warranty services.

  • Can rust occur on my TUSK even if it is made of stainless steel?

TUSK is made of 440c high-grade stainless steel. Stainless steel is very corrosion resistant to rust, but not completely resistant to rust. Corrosion can occur in the absence of proper maintenance. Your TUSK should be kept clean and dry to inhibit rust and corrosion; this is especially true in a damp or marine environment. If your TUSK comes in contact with any substance that you are uncertain about, it is always a good idea to wash your blade off with tap water, dry it, and apply a light coat of oil. If your TUSK comes into contact with saltwater you must flush it with tap water after use and coat it with a good quality lightweight oil. Salt water is extremely corrosive and will attack and destroy any type of steel. After cleaning, re-oil your TUSK with a good gun oil or 3-in-1 oil.
